All orders are crafted which takes about 4-10 Weeks

Shipping takes 3-7 business days.

I stand behind every flag/mailbox I make.

If your item is damaged in shipping: take photos of the damage and packaging immediately, then email them to me within 48 hours. I'll handle the shipping claim and send a replacement at no cost to you. You don't deal with the carrier, I do.
