Each piece is built from solid pine boards individually cut, torched, hand-stained, and assembled by hand. No two flags/mailboxes are exactly alike — slight variations in grain pattern, char depth, and torn edge contour are part of every piece. Each one is unique.

How do I install my mailbox?
Super simple — no professional help needed. Most customers are done in under 10 minutes.
- Remove your old mailbox from the post
- Slide your new mailbox onto the existing post
- Secure with the included hardware
- Done — go check it out from the street
That's it. If your post is non-standard or you run into anything, shoot us an email and we'll walk you through it.

Every Mail Box and Flag is made to order. Production typically takes 7-14 business days from order confirmation. Once your Box is complete, it ships via FedEx or UPS Ground with full tracking. Delivery within the continental US typically takes 3-5 business days after shipment.

I stand behind every Mail Box I make. If your Box arrives damaged or doesn't meet your expectations, contact me within 14 days of delivery and I'll make it right — repair, replacement, or full refund at my cost.

Built from solid pine and sealed with a weatherproof clear coat finish, your mailbox is made to handle the elements year round. With normal use and occasional resealing every couple of years, it can last 10+ years outdoors. Like anything handmade and built to be used — the more you take care of it, the longer it lives.
